Tattered Heart

My heart received a bash from you,
I felt it start to crash from you.

I woke up feeling a little blue,
Knowing I should dash from you.

Now that you have broken my heart,
I am wounded by a gash from you.

My whole body hurts I feel it bleeds,
As I received this lash from you.

I started to itch, my skin is crawling,
I even received a rash from you

My feelings are easy to explain,
I simply feel like trash from you.

So sweet of you to say this. Actually I was just trying to write Ghazal and it seemed fun to write that at the time. Although many of my poems tell my life story this was just an experiment. I have enjoyed reading some of your poetry and will return again.
