Great Epulaeryu my friend now I have to create a little treat for myself as I have suddenly become a hungered for the spicy taste of chili peppers and horseradish and the whole nine yards ....lol, thank you for sharing such a tasty read and for your lovely comments. Sounds like a nice taste to me, Sara, although I don't like beef so much and prefer poultry and fish (is also better for health)! But Gyro bread and horseraddish with onions and chillies sounds good! Thank you for your kind comment on "Roald Amundsen" Hope that your daughter Doris is feeling better! Have a nice day!...Gert
