Tanka

Promises broken;
Scattered in the winds of change- 
Dreams forever lost.
Sunlight peeps through the darkness-
The leaving did not break me.

Thank you. This is senryu turned tanka and stronger for it I think could probably write forever in choka style, but this seems just enough.
