Notes About The Poem

Tame the Unicorn

Dawn enveloped in teal veil gown
Divided the woods of chatter
Rainbow light through pinnacle crown
First echoes of early laughter

Nesting lieu for flocks stood apart
Flowers nodded and seemed to smile
Whispers of song in every heart
Unicorn met maiden awhile

She braids his golden mane above
The evening fell the sun went down
Gaze spark of grace and tender love
A sphere of flames amongst the ground

Moon raised and spied from the night sky
Trembled the stares a lullaby

Hi Eve, I enjoyed this from start to finish. It was so romantic. I found it to be a lovely fantasy that had an enchanting feel to it. A without a doubt seven:-) Alexis
