Tale of a Scared Girl

It was always a tale of a girl replaced for another, Sinking ships her mind got used to it Some would assume she got hard hearted And honestly I did, but you soothed it all up, I was marshmallow in your arms melting up in a storm that could not be resolved See iam not used to this, Being a girlfriend was something that never came to mind, So excuse me if iam unable to process everything, Iam not as clingy as you would want me to be, I do miss you but iam a little scared to admit it Incase I chase you away, Iam not sure on what to be to you, Perhaps iam naive in hoping that love will one day find me, Perhaps iam naive in believing that you found me and that you want me, It’s a little too late for me to back out now, lord knows I have tried, You are a man I don’t mind staring at, I honestly can’t fight my heart, All I know is iam scared.
