Talata
Married Talata,
Before you tied the knot of love
We flocked together, moved in the same direction
With the other youths of our prime.
But now that you’re married
And another man has scooped the contents
Of your bowls
You seem to distant yourself too far from us.
Fill your bosom with a very strong passion for Christ
Your heart with a true love for your human fellows
Like the green of fresh onions, lettuce and carrots are
For in the green lies strength.
