Taking Time

We were sent to be our brother’s keeper, To be there and know each other deeper. May we live to anxiously fill each other’s needs, And remember the ones, in very deed. To put others before ourselves, and serve the least of these, Is to live with true freedom in our hearts, pleasing deity. May we live to love and share with our families, Being a servant of each other’s pleadings. In lifting our fellow being’s burdens, making them light, We do know our Lord’s loyal and holy sacrifice. He makes our lights shine bright, And refines, while humbling like a child. Peace and light anchor hope, In a world so desperately needing love and healing. Let us be harnessed in our Savior’s yoke, Seeking to be His peacemakers appealing. Comforting, and sustaining the widow, Sick, and lonely in their distress, Is nothing less, than living pure religion, Undefiled and acceptable before God. To ensure that your life is not in vain, Look to our Savior’s example, and do the same. Take time to look around and serve, Then let the consequences uphold and preserve. In losing yourself in the Lord’s will, You will find yourself in His Kingdom again, Never to go out, but to live worthy still, Exalted in joy, renewed, in glorious divinity, Amen.
