Take This Pill

Here take this pill
Here take this pill
Here take this pill
and again and again
Until seven pills stayed
One doctor for this
One doctor for that
and one doctor who just puts it all in his computer
I have a sniffle, are you sure
I think I' sick, are you sure
My back hurts, are you sure
What medications are you taking
I feel this was
I feel that way
I feel feeling like everyone else
And all they want to know is what meds I am taking
I hide behind my looks
so mundane and normal
hoping no one sees me
This shell is killing me
I change my hair
I change my look, one that suits me
I see eyes widen up
I hear expressions of wow...um ok
This is my true skin that wakes up my soul
I am not typical
I know I am severely judged
What meds are you taking
