Take the Ribbon From My Hair
With the dawning of the day
Like a fertile vine
which creeps
amidst the purple hues
of Tuscan fields
I yield my fruit
Before first autumn rain
these eyes
in wait for you
Starved like a harvest moon
you come to me
Silk honey of dusk
An opalescent shadow
descending
in the cradle of my arms
Feeding nectar from my lips
Ravishing my soul
Amusing my solitude
with blazing fire
Upon scarlet foliage
Our kiss
'Neath cashmere sheets
your breath within me
Dolce Vino
Those fingers
on my neck's nape
Viola in concerto
In sleep ,once again in dreams
where eyelids close
to the bliss of twilight dew
I see you.
Dedicated to the man in my life !
