Take a Stand
Sitting alone in the corner of your room.
there's not much to do.
Always wanting to be alone
Socially awkward heavy like a stone
Too stupid for an education
People always bossing you around.
Forcing you to take your medication
Always being putdown
Bit it's time to breath
Open your eyes to see
People try to see who I am but I guess it's
time to take a stand, or for you, not for me
but for all those who cannot see.
They're consider blind as bats but when
they see with their hearts it's not as bad
Listen to the music feel the beats,
learn to sing with your feet. sing for those
who cannot speak.
we'll talk with our open minds, and show
them all how to shine.
Reaching out for a helping hand,
Come on baby,let's take a stand.
