I didn't even notice it was an acrostic until others mentioned it, Lisa, and that means it's really good. : ) Oh yeah, will never forget my first time on a horse. Melody was her name and she could really get after it. The sensations of height, power and speed....

Nice energetic story encapsulated in the acrostic form. Something about the first stanza immediately made me think about a horse-ride, so well done on the subtle undertones.
