Tablets

I take my tablets every day So my ailments will go away They say my levels are just right And If I play the game it will be alright When I was young I’d run a mile Push-ups were my forte then with guile But that was then and now is now I’m older now I can’t comprehend why it changed somehow So it seems the older you get The more tablets so don’t fret For as you walk you may rattle But collecting and swallowing tablets is the battle. © Paul Warren Poetry
