Good point. I hear this is happening rather frequently on the southern border. I don't know.

It is, and I'm afraid it's all too common. I don't know for sure, but I hear about things like this happening.

All that effort involved then they turn around and free the man. The recidivism rate for repeat offenders is about 76 percent depending on the type of crime. That is the overall rating on average for all crimes. Sad Milton that we have not corrected this situation. I like how you wrote this and made an excellent point.

the last line, then freed... that is the problem. They are just going through the motions. Evil is passing the borders in the light of plain day. Good men watch. Powerful write. Ann

Thank you, Ann. I'm not up on the news, especially on what's up on the southern border. This subject just worked for me, especially after I wrote the first one. The ending was a surprise to me, but seemed to fit naturally. Although, I think the cinqu is supposed to have a twist or a conclusion.
