Sweetheart, Run To Me

Darling come to me,
I've an apple cart,
Overloaded with love,
Ready to spill over.

Will you catch some please,
In your apron of dreams?
Saving my hopes from falling,
From being bruised once again.

Your beautiful face,
Caresses these worn eyes.
So tired from looking for you;
Yet now my search is over.

My mind so bright now,
Lit by your flame.
This man,
Feeling young once again.

Strengthened by your vision,
As it dances again into my life.
True to me, true to our love,
Eternally.
