I'm a butterfly caught in the web of our poetry
Flickering like the madness in a candle's flame
Wanting you so very close to me
That you become my wild destiny, my love
You become my wild destiny
Our love is like a hot, wild south wind
That's churning lust and burning fire
This love's sweet mystery will never end
And will burn with eternal desire, my love
Burn with eternal fire
As we lay in soft whispers the moon cried
I felt your soul move with your kiss on mine
And deeply hold us with all the joy inside
As our breath made all the stars shine, my love
Shine until the end of time
Your eyes hold all of my worldly dreams
Oh how our broken wings will soar and fly
We will sail with full hearts on the endless seas
And walk the earth 'til we reach the sky, my love
Walk as one 'til we reach the sky
