Sweet Milestone
Joyful bath spree
in this comfort zone of his, verily free
unbound from wheelchair, basking with glee
he counts through sign language, "one, two, three..."
Milestone --- expectant heart thanks God for --- since we see
triumph exuded by special child*, we call “Sweetie.”
*Proverbs 20:11 Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.
