I like the juxtaposition of comparing the two sides of a spider and how it can relate to the nature of humans, whether intended or not. I find that looking at the innocence of nursery rhymes then comparing them to their intended hidden meaning, such as Ring-Around-The-Rosie which could have several meanings including the black death or possibly the Puritan ban on dancing, gives us insight into the subtle use of allegory in poetry.

There is a menacing way about this one that made me smile due to the adjectives used to describe the notorious masticator.
