Sweet Little Liar

Everything is ok
  There is nothing wrong
  I'm a super happy bubbly person. 
The sweet little lies we tell
To make others feel good
Because no one wants to know
All the truths we hide.
So we smile, and we lie.
We hide our loneliness with false words
  I prefer being alone,
  I'm not lonely
  Just independent.
How sweet
Those lies you tell
To keep everyone out
So they don't see the cold, ugly truth.
Just smile and lie
You sweet little liar.

I think to many people are trapped behind the lies they are forced to tell everyone. The person who smiles the most could be the person hiding the deepest sadness.
