Sway Me Not

Pray, sway me not with

frivolous things that do not

pour from thine own heart.

Baubles, ribbons and candies

Say not of love, but desire

Give to me your love

So soft, poured within my ears

Words you dare not say

would sound as dear from a pig

If the swine held true his love

Possessions I have

They mean very little when

held against your pledge

So my sweet, a love so rare

may capture my heart and hand
