Sutra 1 from The Holy Science

“Param-brahma (Spirit or God) is everlasting, complete, without beginning or end. It is one, indivisible Being. The Eternal Father, God , Swami Param-brahma, is the only Real Substance, Sat, and is all in all in the universe.”
~ extract from ‘The Holy Science’

we begin with separation
containerised in body-mind
our head and heart standing apart
to truth of our true being blind

the consciousness that’s within us
in a state of inner conflict
seeks to expand but knows not how
pursues desires, by ego tricked

on reaching point of exhaustion
attention is internalised
we then befriend our emptiness
cravings of ego exorcised

just as water seeks its level
our emptiness is filled with bliss
all without force, by grace of course
we realise we’re all of this

sans identity we yet are
pure spirit in this body urn
breath by breath magnetism rises
we embrace love’s benign bliss burn

that God Himself dwells in each form
that Self exists beyond space-time
is truth we behold in plain sight
betwixt the pause of bliss beat’s chime

God is the only true being
unmanifest and manifest
enjoying this dream, grow in love
let deluded thought concepts rest
