Surpassing Trivial That's Viral
Dismissing fake news as trivial
yet affected by its being viral
while forecasting its flippant survival
we are anxious to find its trending rival.
Granted by God discretion for the spiritual
as His believers having divine nature, learning what's biblical
we grow in grace according to His ways, indeed scriptural
living for His honour against tempting worldliness, vainly carnal.
Possessing the Lord's bestowed life eternal*
let us serve HIM beyond the temporal
reaching-out to others along faith's approval
joyously thankful, awaiting Christ's arrival.
*Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
