Superhero



The Boy is  three,  his sister, two

I can’t hear your water
Make it bigger 
The windows are colorful
Rainbow indigo
Like a pillow 
Because it’s colorful 
Why you say that  to me?
Why why why?
I’m gonna go in this cave
This cave too big for me
I play with blocks and pillows 
Made me a tower 
Of canned food and peanut butter jars 
The food make me strong and healthy 
Auntie, I’m just playing 

I eat popcorn with my mouth in the morning time 
I build a house...
To fight the monster ...because I want to
Don’t ask why
I’m gonna build a castle 
Don’t say why 
The train is going to fall on the floor and break
A close one
Uh-oh
Auntie it fall down
Auntie I’m gonna put it back on the bed

It’s gonna drop
Better watch out so it don’t fall on your feet
I like Spider-Man
Because Spider-Man  my best friend ever
The trains gonna fall in the water
Oh no my boat my boat
It almost fell all day long
Oh man 

What are colorful things ?
The door 
What else is colorful?
Nothing 

Hey, I need the light on
Turn it off
No

Auntie I’m gonna put more things on the floor and lay down
What are you doing auntie?
Don’t tell me lies


Why do you like to play with the sheets and pillows?
Because I want to
Why do you want to?
Because I like to

Why do you like to hide?
Roar Roar
He tosses pillow at me

I throw the pillow back at him
Does it go up or down?
You tell me

Let him spin around 

I fight like a superhero 
Auntie help me
The lava monster 
You making the water bigger? 
Where’s Mr. Sun?
Why is Mr. Sun not coming out?
Is he hiding 
Yes
Behind the clouds 

Where’s Mr. Moon?
He’s taking a nap
He covers for Mr. Sun when he rests at night 

I can’t hear the water
Make the water bigger

What is the lava monster gonna do?
Turn me to lava
I made it 

I’m gonna build a river 
With more heavy things 
How did you get away?
I crossed the river 
The river fell down
The river fell down auntie
Let’s try again
Auntie I didn’t win
The lava coming
How we gonna cross ?
Nobody here 
Where are we auntie
This is the toy city
Oh man
My car my race car 
Cars don’t drive on a bridge like that 

One two three
Auntie ,I win the treasure 
I got my sword 
Hurray
You go’n bite me like a crocodile?
Are there crocodiles in the river?
Yes
I put the sheets and pillows back on the bed
Auntie how are we gonna cross the river ?
Give me energy 
Too much sugar in my mouth 


His sister, 2 
I have so much fun auntie 
I have so much fun
Good 
Oh no Marcus hurt 
Let me make the medicine 
Ambulance ambulance 
Marcus hurt 
Marcus hurt 
You need water 
Auntie , Moo Moo
 make me sick
Why?
Because she give me medicine
Why?
Because this is not hospital 
Cut it out 
Leave me alone (said moo moo)

I need my bottle auntie 
I need my bottle 
What you drinking auntie?
Water
I like water 
It’s juice 
I love juice 
Put some juice in my bottle
Peas auntie
