Sunshine
Amidst the sunlight of May
Clouds grow yonder, soft and gray
As I sit here and ponder wide,
I wish the sun would never hide.
Golden and varied sunshine beams,
Above the buildings, it brightly gleams.
Illuminating the road below,
And every flower in vibrant show.
Spring, a wondrous, joyful thing,
With melodies the sweet birds sing.
A dance of colors, life in bloom,
In every corner, dispelling gloom.
So let this moment linger on,
As the light dances till the dawn.
Because in the midst of this day,
Nature whispers of its grace.
