Sunset Tableau

The sun is dripping Blood into the sea. The sky runs crimson Heavy is the heart The wound fresh and deep Tears fall at sunset. “One day I saw the sun set forty-four times! … You know, when you're feeling very sad, sunsets are wonderful.” @ Antoine de Saint. ----------------------------------------------- Author: Paul Callus ~ 18th October 2014 Contest: Design Your Tableau Sponsor: nette onclaud Placed: 2nd

Tears may fall at sunset because the light, or love, is now gone. You created a striking image here, especially with the crimson sky dripping "blood into he sea." Best wishes in Nette's contest! Love, Carolyn
