Sunny Skies
In the absence of complication,
trials and tribulations become distant memories.
Above sapphire skies delight sanguine eyes -
inspiring forthcoming musings of the mind.
Then I'm able to unlock my imagination,
I think of a world where hate doesn't exist.
Where people are genuinely kind-
and work for the betterment of mankind
In the distant horizon, I'll see sunny skies,
even when dark clouds are present.
I am calm because I await a lovely rainbow,
signifying all will be fine as the storm passes.
