Sunlight Streams
Sunlight streams into a darkened moon. It's the dawn of a new era,
marked by downpours of tears and fears. Soon a moon will orbit a
planetary being, being as they do. So what is the meaning of eternal
life as in life, as we know it? Globes may wobble and will unseat-those
beating those scrambling over the walls, so tall.
A small child may go over, into the clover, and into the arms of her mother.
Lovers unite, no longer fighting, and loving tight into the night. Air crisp leaves wet with
mourning dew. Fearful tears of ignorance and emotional carefully plans executed gone awry.
Why now? You know why. Mayan soccer balls, hoops, Doctor Nostradomus' books told
lots of stories. Truly some may continue to pass.
Sunlight streams upon my face and it is warm.
