Sun

Dawn's early light
Golden orb
The beginning................
Sunshine to absorb

This liquid gold
Spilling over my white cloud
Mine to hold

My body rising so,
with sun glow
Rays of sun
This has now begun

Liquid gold,
rising high
Light streams,
through my window
Sun does try...
to break through
My dreams

Shiver of delight
Liquid gold on my skin
Try as I might
I cannot contain my grin

Golden streams
Where have you been?
For I was so deep......
in my dreams

Midday sun,
set high in the sky
White clouds passing by
The heat of day
Sweat begins to run

Evening sun
This golden day
Nearly done
Sunray
End of play

Setting sun,
clouds gold and red
World turning dark instead
Golden liquid light,
becomes the night
This day is now done

The going down of the sun,
behind clouds of white
The end
The beginning.................
of the night
Dusk has won
