Summers Heat 1

Sweltering heat and faces full of sweat
From an act not of lust but love so great
Laying between sheets and leaving them wet
The warmth will greet us again when we wake

Summers balminess saturates my skin
I long for the taste and touch of your flesh
To sate the inferno blazing within
My lips savor your valleys and your crests

Through the ups and the downs my love is true
And though the seasons may come and then go
The day always blazes with love for you
And I will always make sure that you know

That you are the one that kindles my heart
And may we never ever grow apart
