Interesting thought here... Although perhaps awareness of the sand-dial would take away the ecstasy and just leave agony. Who wants to be a 'serious youth' anyway?! :) gw

Can't hold on to it, no matter how strong one's youthful grip. Yes...time wasted -- prime not savored to the fullest is a flaw many of us share. When I think back on the silly things I thought were so important, which I allowed to interfere with my fully enjoying the magnificent, developing moment... -- You are a fine writer. Thank you so much for sharing.
