Summer Desire
All this hot weather is getting to me
And the humidity doesn’t help,
I’m looking for a nice cool pool
To have a refreshing swim,
After which, I’ll relax
‘Neath a shady tree
And as the night
Approaches,
I’ll croak,
“Cool!”
