Summer

That walk around town that light heat in the air when the sun goes down cars pass by and stare Water balloons exploding on the trampoline climbing the pine tree, covered in sap soaring high, and jumping off the swings laying in the soft grass, taking a nap Rehearsing while the sun still sits outside and after, going out for ice cream seeing your smile and pride this is summer it seems
