Sultry Awakening
Sun beams radiate heat
Sand beneath your skin
Rhythmic beat
Foam against the shore
Take you under
Sultry music
Whispered salt, through sea air
Soaked breeze
Parts through waves of hair
Flowing
To drown you in serenity
Peace
Pure bliss lifts you up
Lull you.. you sit still
But rapid waters
Constantly moving
Still move you
Close your eyes
Breathe it all in
Imagine God's hands upon your face
Cleanse your spirit
Feel your soul breathe
That first clear breath after sudden rebirth
Washed over, caressing off time's scars
Taken, and brought back new again
