It's been a bane for years, Jeff. I've just learned to live with it...truly a residual effect... full moon or not. Sometimes I just turn on a light and read or write.

Thanks for the comment Lin, but sorry to read about your insomnia. I hope my mention of you wasn't burning your ears... Full Moon was Monday. I've always called this kind of sleeplessness: residual full moon effect
