Stuttered Utterings
Tempered by adversity
Angered by ignorance
Learning to cope
Heated by deliberate lies
Cooled by Atlantic breezes
Yearning to hope
To take or to make
Choices
Destroy or create
Voices
To tell us of places unseen Now no longer green
Waiting like yesterday’s children Hopelessly coping
Treading Waters Sons and Daughters
Of a forgotten Revolution
Taking instead of Making
A living with the earth that owns them
Freedom and Responsibility
No longer holding hands
Dancing on Thunder plains
In Steel Blue Helmets
