Stung

Bob Bills married a lady for her money,
She left because he treated her crummy.
He yearned to play the field
But it had nothing to yield.
Now he has neither money nor a honey.

Sadly, some women have such low self-esteem they will marry jerks like Bob. Either that or they think they can change a "Bob" into a decent person. Such change almost never happens--ask any marriage counselor. . . . Thanks for stopping by, Kim.

Jan, your smile makes me smile, and that's more than adequate compensation for writing and posting the limerick. Hugs always.

Indeed, Lindsay, Bob got exactly what he deserved. If you see him on a street corner peddling pencils, buy a couple from the poor, lonely guy. . . . Hope all is well "Down Under."
