Living,  
yet not looking forward
just back and forth in thought; 
should I or should I not
set myself free
or 
live in complete dismay
stuck in this emotional sway.

A very emotive piece, sometimes it is easy to be caught in our thoughts. It is sad when they prevent us from living our now. Our now dissapears so quickly, it can become our regret if we don't attend to it.
