Stuck

Sitting on my roof top, willing myself to try again
Maybe it'll work this time, I think to myself
I stand up and think about what I'm going to do
Yes, it's worth it, I think
I spread my arms open and with one quick breath I jump out into the air
I did it!
I'm soaring through the sky
Leaving all my problems behind
Escaping all my fears
Higher and higher I rise
Until my house is out of sight
I won't miss them, any of them
And they won't miss me
I can be happy now, I think to myself
I suddenly wake up, and realize it was all just a dream
My hopes that were just lifted up into the sky
Fall back down to the ground
And I just realized, I'm stuck here.
