She's been having a hard time the last few days with all the noise of a tree man here working taking down a tree which is totally separate to being afraid of weather and guns. Sara K

Get that pup a pair of choppers, for Heaven's sake. Gotta man him up a bit. It's a cruel world out there. ~ gw

Oh, Gershon, she is 10 years old now and I don't think she will change. LOL..I had another male rat terrier, and he was terrified of weather as well. Maybe it is the breed of dog but then I have had a number of dogs who were afraid but then had a tiny female chihuahua who was not and just chilled during a storm. Sara K

I agree, Victor. Pipi is a very sensitive little girl. My husband always took her out for her walks or outings. She misses that very much. I let her out back where she is fenced in and I am assured she can't get out and I try to take her out a little a couple of times a day where she can sniff around but it is hard on her an on me right now. It is animals that sense the changes in nature first. Your dog, I imagine is bold otherwise.

Valsa, she is very feisty and will go for the biggest dog to try to bring down and I have to protect her, but she would try to protect me if someone or something were to come at me. Thanks for the visit. Sara K

Darlene, dogs are so intelligent and sometimes they know better than we know when to be afraid. You are definitely right about that. Thank you for the visit. Sara K
