Stretch My Heart Open Wide

Stretch my heart open wide
Unsure what I’ll unearth
Jumping into the deep end
For the first time since birth

Ready for the hard work
Stretch my heart open wide
Not scratching the surface
Eager to fully dive inside

Lived too long on intellect
Trapped in my head with logic
Stretch my heart open wide
No equation needed to solve it

Starting to blend body and mind
Beginning to balance each side
Now living a better life after
Stretching my heart open wide

Loved the structure of this and the technical savviness of pulling it off. Congrats on 7th place out of 75 entries!!!

Logic and intellect, is pretty much driving mankind crazy Mike, we simply cannot answer all reality’s big questions, not yet anyway, hopefully spirituality opens all the doors, cheers David
