Stress Reliever

Breathe in, Breathe out
Breathe in, Breathe out
When you feel stress
just control your breath
and soon you will feel
Your heart come to rest
Just breath...
Breath

The world can be
A really great place
But when you feel
It moves at a much too fast pace
Just breathe...
Breathe

Your loved ones are great
But sometimes they for get to refrigerate
Left overs spoil
You exclaim "Oh grate!"
Just breathe...
Breathe

Breathe in...
Breathe out...
Breathe in...
Breathe out

Robert Johnson June 26, 2012 at 10:39 AM Wow, Jacque, great poem. I have just started to experiance the benifits of this in the last year or so. It is truly a gift of release. We get so tensed up and do one of two things. Breath or blow up. Ahhhhh! Feels sooo good. :)
