Stress
Pressure, tension, exerted, apply, bring to distress
It can either bring you to total duress
Or strengthen you to do your best.
When they cry unto the Lord in sincere
They will find Him who is near
He bring us our of our mess
And cause us to do our best.
I must confess, sometimes I'm not at rest
Stress comes, I call from the fall
Through it all I stand tall
My trouble may double
But I walk under His cover.
The blessing of the Lord brings wealth
And He adds no trouble with it.
The tongue has the power of life and death
And those who love it will eat its fruit.
With the tongue we praise Him
And with the tongue we curse men
Who have been made in His image.
It should not be, don't you see
Your mess of stress or your best at rest
I must confess, I am at rest
and I will do my best.
