Strenghs and Struggles

I am the voice inside you…
I say keep going, everything will be fine…
I see you struggle but I help keep you up…
I hear you cry but I help calm you down…
I feel your ability to keep going…
I touch your arm and help you back up when you fall…
I am your friend…

I am your heart who tells you to live…
I cry as you start to give up…
I worry as the light in your eyes start to fade…
I wonder what I can do, but you try and pick yourself up even though you have nothing to 
live for anymore…
I pretend everything is all right…
I understand that I have to pretend that it may be all right…
I am vitality…

I am the thing inside you calling and telling you to keep moving…
I want you to keep going to survive, to live…
I will help you get through everything your life takes you through…
I try to move forward with you…
I hope I can…
I dream I can…
I am the voice inside you; I am the thing that helps you move forward…
We Are Strength…
