Street Walking Killer Part 4

Her hair now is red The detectives now seek Their efforts proved worthy Didn’t waste a whole week But another had died While on duty that night Now their intention’s to find her Before the daylight Had leads on the redheads And took them all in Some short and some fat Some tall and some thin Some shapely and cute While others, no prize But one of them did it He knew, but surmised Line ups? No witnesses Questions? They grilled At least thirty hookers With lies they all spilled But one, he took notice Never did blink Not a single time talking Not even a wink With nothing to tie them They all been let free With thoughts of the one And if she could just be He tailed her that morning As she left on her way To watch her, her goings Throughout the whole day
