Strangers Met

I met you by the river Slow to run, slow to see I wasn't convinced you would've seen me that day But I saw you that day We could've ruined everything But it was a fortune crack out of thin air Take me to your wind and let's see each other again I haven't yet called your name but your scent is felt here Just under the palm of my hand Death and rebirth is what we're meant to create Beauty of mine Do not leave me Sea of love Hold on to me The church has angels ringing its bells And our time is calling
