Strange Young Man

strange young man
laughing
smiling
but never telling a joke
twinkling eyes
sparkling eyes
filled with joyous hope
I like it when you dance
when you hop on one foot
when you cock your head to listen to my pleads
strange young man
i don't even know you
but your smile has bought my vote
