I told a tale of joy one day To lift the hearts of many I told a sad tale too one day To get the hearts of many feeling I told a funny story to make a hurting heart happy again I spun and interesting yarn one day To set peoples minds to thought Enticing them to ponder all that They had heard I've told story after story throughout My many years each one meaning Something different to each person That did hear them And now I've just told one more story A tale of many tales Of how I've tried to reach many people And change the way they feel
