Storm of War

Blood red raindrops f
                                  a
                                     l
                                       l
                                         i
                                          n
                                           g from the sky
Thunder made from many a mother's cry
Lightning flashing
Made from one child's hope dashing
Sword cuts slice through the air
Made from a grown man's shouts of despair
Mother's calming voice saying, "i know it's not fair"
Oh, when will this storm of war end
When will peace show it face around the bend
When will harmony come for all
When will we break down that prejudice wall
For most of us can't, no won't take it anymore
I see no peace on yonder shore
