Storm

Grey is this day of lull when gloom prevails
The suspended still amid the precipitous air
Above a nimbi gathering conceals the sun
Its saturated frothy mass obscures the earth
From which faint droplets inject the grey
Thus fall in swirling eddies upon the ground
Compounding force that paints a glistening sheen
And from above a flash bedazzles
Streaking across the seething clouds
Like a predator mapping a dangerous path
To alight on some unsuspecting prey
And in the faraway a grumbling responds

Really cool, kind of dark but very creatively crafted.
