Stitching Skies' Stories
mountain ridges of clouds
o'er my windshield spread
interspersed, baby-blue patches
brilliant spaces, like threads
stitching skies' stories together
a hobbled glance ahead of
cars tethered to a
snarled, honking freeway,
blustery rage moving in, I dread
