The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Still Makes Sense

i couldnt tell you
theres too much to say
breathless and soft
i almost prayed

the future was in the clouds
if i got high, id go further down
ohh noooo
ohhh nooo

holding to the horn
we bucked and then i came
restless aloft
i chose to stay

like pewter with easy bounds
if tried, i give to nurtures crown
ohh noooo
ohhh nooo

in this i find no shame
their boxes wont fit the frame
inside i knew this touch
someone to heal my pain

golden hearts beat my vein
once thought insane, I broke my chain
ohh noooo
ohhh nooo

take a risk with love again
we do and face potential end
what doesnt kill me, wills can bend
lovers hurt most still makes sense
